Bad service steers kloof kzn

2 weeks ago on the Wednesday i ordered a special treat for my family or so i thought The order waa placed just after 4pm. When the food arrived at 18:50 it was cold and totally awful. I ordered the steer burger special with 2 extra medium chips. The buns were burnt the garnish was old and everything was ice cold. Since the Thursday morning i have been trying to get hold of a manager to sort this out without going public but they are never available! I got to speak to a manager who said he will investigate yesterday hur i still have not heard a word! I'm a loyal customer and I'm really, very let down.
