Bad service rendered

Worst experience ever from Steers Sam Ntuli Mall in Katlehong. I placed and paid for an order online at 16:22 requesting it to be delivered by 17:30. The driver calls me at 17:30 to confirm my address and bare in mind it’s 10 minutes away from my home. At 18:00 my order was still not delivered, I had to call the store directly to find out what’s happening and I was told the driver is on his way. The driver decided to arrive at 18:50, with an attitude blaming me that I gave him the wrong address whereby he called and confirmed earlier. The food was cold and the packaging was in an unexplainable condition. The store decided to call me at 19:05 to confirm if the driver had arrived, I explained the food was cold and I’m gonna lay a complaint, I asked what’s the use for the online services if they can’t keep their word. I wouldn’t recommend this stupid service of theirs to anyone. I completely wasted my money because I didn’t even enjoy the food considering it was cold and I was in load shedding and couldn’t warm the food up.
