Bad service received from Steers Strand Street Cape Town
I was in this store on Tuesday 3 May 16 and I received pathetic service from this store. My order number is 149. Inv 284372. When I complained to the manager on duty, Mina, she gave me attitude and was rude making it seem as if she was doing me a favour by hearing my complaint. this service is unacceptable. Mina should receive customer training and is not fit to be a manager.
