Bad service received

Firstly in the week i went to your total in waverly around past nine o'clock and it was closed n on google its say 24 hours, today i went to buy 2 king steers burgers and chips and a banana milkshake, when i get home me and my wife found they give me 2 original beef burgers and this in unacceptable because we wanted king steers burgers not normal burgers... because we are not happy about this service we received and the food we received
