Bad service once again from Steers George!!!

Disappointed once again by bad service from Streers George.

Placed my order on the app 16:23 for the food to be delivered 18:15. I had to worked so I placed the order online for the food to be delivered on time for my kids.

I phoned Steers George 18:30 to ask when we will receive are food. Person who handled the call was so rude and could not even tell me if they received my order.

How do you as the owner let somebody work with clients who is not component to handle a query regarding a order online. Eventually we received our order 19:00.

This is the second time that this has happen when we order from Steers George sorry but I will not recommend them to anybody and rather go to a Mc Donald's or Burger King at least I will receive great service from them as Steers are not capable in doing the basics of client service.
