Bad service on all levels

I waited 15 mins with no acknowledgement from staff or manager. I ordered something with avo which you didn't have. When i complained the lady told me to complain to the manager-standing right there, who didn't even look up. I ordered a creme soda when placing my order, when I came back they said there is no creme soda cans. I said to give me a bottle as its what I ordered. The manager in the front still didn't look up from his papers. another lady came and said they cant do that and i said they must since they never informed me of that when placing my order. She went to the back and the manager at the back said no. For a mere R2 difference they could have made a customer happy. But through lack of planning they are out of stock and through lack of management they cannot even come out of their office or lift their head to help a customer. You save R2 but lost a customer forever. POOR, POOR service. this is by far one of the worst Steers I have ever been to. I will tell everyone I know that the customer is not important, the kitchen is not stocked and the service is slow. Shocking management, shocking service!!!
