Bad service n hygiene from a supplier!

My family n i went to steers to get supper, we waited 10 minutes in the queue while the cashier was on the fone. The other cashier came from the back only to help the guy after me. When i told her i was before him she said the one on the fone will help me whrn she is done. I placed my order n went to checkers, when i came back fr my order they kept helping people behind me again, and i could see sumthing was wrong but no one was explaing anything to me. Then i saw them opening up an order with their hands and putting cheese in the burgers. The order was done but they were tearing it apart and also putting lettuce in. Only to find out that was my order. I then had to ask them what was wrong with the order and they said they forgot to put cheese in it. We were so disgusted that we threw the burgers in the dustbin outside the franchise. I dont know how they expected us to eat that food after we saw them touch it with their hands like that. M never buying my food there again!
