Bad Service from Trade Route Mall Steers

Very Disappointed Placed an order online via the Steers App at Trade Route Mall for delivery at Lenasia South, Store Accepted my order then an ETA was given for delivery at 16:33.Time went pass and around 17:06 called the store to follow up on my order I was told they don't deliver there. Tried to reason with the Manager by the name of Kheswa and still didn't meet an understanding.
