Bad service from steers, Tsakane with burnt food.

I ordered two wacky wednesdays online and when i got there my order my order wasn't done, i waited 2 hours for my order to be done, when i asked what the problem was i was told that they forgot my order and they haven't put in the chicken patties on the stove. Upon the arrival of the order, my burgers were burnt and had a bitter taste.
