Bad service from Steers Rosebank

I am totally devastated with the treatment i received, i purchased an order online and it took 2 hours to be delivered. furthermore it was a short order that didn't have chips and had the wrong drink.

The driver was rude and when i called through the store, they said the chips will be delivered shortly, thus far we haven't received them.
