Bad service from Steers Diepkloof

I placed an order #***3 at 18h26. the order was accepted by the store. The order was never delivered to my house. I never received a phone call from the store informing me that they will not deliver or that they are unable to prepare the food. I am so disappointed by the poor bad service from Steers Diepkloof. My kids were very sad cause we waited for an order that never arrived and Steers didn't have courtesy to call us.
