Bad Service from Steers Cresta Mall

Hi. Today i visited Steers in Cresta Mall, Johannesburg for lunch. I ordered 1/4 chicken and chips. I only took one bite from the chicken and it was off. When i returned it back, the workers did not even have the courtesy to apologize, The one guy( Raphael) just asked if i wanted another piece of chicken, and i said no thank you. He stood there and spoke to his co-worker in his language that i did not understand and the next thing the lady just handed some change to me without any explanation. And on top of that they deducted the amount of chips because i had eaten them. I mean really, Is that customer service?? I really received a bad service from the people and would never even recommend it.
