Bad service from Steers

I went to steers Soshanguve thorntree a received an apauling service but I let go and said nothing and yesterday the 22nd of November went to Steers in Menlyn,the lady who was serving us was inhuman, impatient and did not have any good service at all.I swipped my card but the balance was not enough and I asked her to go into my banking app to increase the money and the daily limit as she was impatient she asked me my brother and mother to step aside as she wanted to assist other customers. Our order was ready and the food was very nice but the drinks had after taste like there was dust in them and she did not even gave us straws.
