bad service from Steers

just to inform who it may concern. i am a regular steers and all other fast food outlet customer. i buy fast food twice a day almost every day. so after this next matter i am really upset....so this is what happend. i went to steers in Witbank at the engen garage in watermeyer street. after ordering i waiteted over 30 min for my order. the store was not busy and infact i was the first costomer to recive my order. when time passed the person that ordered after me recived his order and i went up to the counter to enquire and the staff just stood there not providing me with any answer. the the one staff lady asked my slup and then said my ordee is awaiting chips. i then said it does not make sence because the person behind me that left alredy got his chips. then the lady gave me the bag and said its my order. i checked and dound i am short of 2x pita burgers and then they relized they did not even made them. this time the manager (collins) came allong and also just stood there with a mouth full and nothing to say. i then requested my money back and they all just stood there not talking to me or giving me any attention.

With all due respect my good sir i would like to give you the food you have ordered for free of charge though i will deal with the cashier internally.
