Bad service- food disgusting

Hi, I placed an online order on 28 August at 15;55 for collection (Order #***). Steers Engen Pretoria Motors. The order was for collection ASAP, I wanted to change it for 6h15 and called steers to reschedule it for later they confirmed it will be prepared later for collection 6h15pm and definitely won't be a problem. When we arrived the food was ready, when we ate at home the rolls were old hard and dry, food was very dry and tasteless actually disgusting. The chips were brown and oily there was very little to no sauce on burgers. I ended up consuming the burger meat which was not up to the Steers standard. There was no bacon on one burger and no sauce.

I'm utterly disgusted in the level of quality of food at Steers. This was a totally waste of my time and money.
