Bad service ever.where else the online servive was supposed to simplify things

Online orders and delivery are supposed to make things simple,but at this point im hungry stuck with a cold food order that is incomplete, waiting for a refund which seem to have got lost on the way.

Is this really fair. Steers masinga mall has done me wrong.very wrong.
