Bad service ever from Steers Rustenburg Sqaure!
Hi
I would like to officially complain about Steers Rustenburg Square branch. This is my 6th if not more ordering online. The first time they forgot to bring a speed point that I specifically asked them to bring, second time they brought me the wrong order. I ordered ribs they brought me a burger, this happened now today I ordered ribs,chips,coke and a milkshake. They first brought my food and forgot to bring my cold drink. The car they came with I haven't seen it before it was like their drivers car. I'm still waiting for my cold drink it's been close to two hours now. I officially complained on their site months ago. They promised to give me feedback even now they haven't. I'm so disgusted by their service and I promise myself I will NEVER buy from them again. I called their manager and gave her a peace of mind. They really unprofessional and that branch should close down.
