Bad service

Steers Sam ntuli mall, I ordered three burgers with chips and ice cream and never got my small chips, also the delivery guy did not give me a slip after delivery, when I called in, i was told i will be contacted shortly, said the driver, I complained on their website and nothing has happened already, when I order something, I want it as i ordered it, not what they want me to have, this was a very bad and poor service from Steers in Sam ntuli mall Katlehong
