Bad service

Steers Vaal mall, very Bad service I've been waiting to place and order for about 30 min then the other guy who was just came in went to the till next to the one I was waiting at and he was serviced first before me so I ended up now ordering anymore because how some who found you on a que be the one who's been helped first? So I'm very disappointed
