Bad service

I am very disappointed with the Steers @ Northmead Square. Tonight I ordered the Wacky Wednesday (Veggie and Beef burger) @ 18:15 and we only received our food @ 18:45. Before receiving our food I actually went to the teller to give them our slip because I realized that it was taking longer than it should and only then they started to prepare our meal. I believe fast food shouldn’t take this long. I’m very unhappy with their service.
