bad service

I placed an order for delivery with steers phillp Nel ( pretoria west) 2x mega ribster meals

My food was Delivered and i am disgusted. My cheesy chips are basically brown and hidden with the cheese sauce The ribster patty is pitch black and burnt.

I called at around 21:15 to lay a complain only too be told that the restaurant has closed. How? when the website indicates that it closes at 22:00pm

I placed this order hoping to receive delighting food, I've got load reduction in my area and cant cook nor do i have a car to drive there myself and return this meal.

Its truly upsetting.

Spoke to Yvonne from their call center whom i told that i need a new meal delivered or a refund as i was not ready to eat burnt food which i paid for. She unfortunately was of no help at all.
