Bad service

I am so disappointed at your Lenasia South steers, I placed an order and used the wiCode for payment. I had to cancel the order due to the receiver of the order wasn't reachable. To cut the long story short, the store manager told me he reversed the voucher but to my surprise I am unable to use it as it has already been redeemed. I call the customer line and the lady advised it is not granted I will get my R250 back as I cancelled the order, what level of nonsense is this???
