Bad Service Complaint- Steers in Mossel bay, Kwanonqaba

I placed an order and sms was sent to confirm/acknowledge. My sister and I have been waiting for the order since I got off the phone with a lady named Naledi. The first person put me on hold to confirm what is available then line dropped. Take into consideration that I am pregnant and informed the cashier before hand!!!

They should have informed us that they will not be able to take the orders at 21:25 due to closing time. No communication was done at all and now it is 23:00. I am highly disappointed with service /lack of communication and I hope I will be getting an apology from management in regards to the matter or taking the matter further.

It is unacceptable and very disrespectful towards a loyal customer 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
