Bad service

On arriving steers Springfield durban drivethru..I got to the cashier and was asked what my wife and I wanted...on placing my order she then asked how you paying ..i showed her my card and she then lifted up the card machine and said not working...i told her you got to be kidding...in times of today with covid i cant believe shocking service. I told her don't worry and we drove out. This was saturday night at 19h00 hours
