Bad service

I placed an order through their call centre for steers north beach and I'm very much dissapointed with the service I recieved today, they took my order and when I got to the store I was told that my order didn't come through and therefore there is nothing they can do about that and also I should call the call center myself to check where they placed my order. As a person who always orders there I'm not sure if I will continue doing so as the manager who was assisting me wasn't helpful and was in a rush to go home. The service I recieved was very unpleasant and to be told by someone who works in the store to take my business somewhere else topped it off. Please look into this.
