Bad service by Ofentse

On the 02/11/2023 I went to Steers at Mabopane Square to buy ice cream, while in there queue a guy standing behind me in the ask one of the employees(Ofentse) if there is ice cream, he said yes ice cream is available ,while the cashier was busy assisting customer before us the gentlemen went and pour ice cream for the people who were behind us before they could order and pay. I ask him why he is serving people who are behind and he said they going to pay anyway and I did not ask for ice cream while in the queue, I said to him I'm waiting for my turn like everybody, and they should wait for their turn as well, I told him what he is doing is wrong and he just look at me and insist on saying they are paying anyway and he looked at me. He gave us ice cream he touched the cones without serviettes was busy scratching himself ,we had to ask for serviette she gave it with attitude. When I ask for his name he gave it with attitude and he was busy telling his colleques that said I'm going to report at customer care and he laughed, while going out he kept on mocking about me taking his name, the guys is not clean does not have good customer service, and he gives preference to people whom he knows and if he does not know you ,you get bad service,
