Bad service at Steers Welkom

I went to Steers at the Checkers center in Elizabeth Street, Welkom. I ordered the full chicken with chips and requested that it should not be cut, so I waited for about 15 minutes for the order only to be told that they gave me 4 quarter legs as they do not have the full chicken. I asked for a refund, just as the cashier called the manager to assist, suddenly the full chicken was then available and I would have to wait another 15 minutes for it. Why? Simply because someone decided not to do their job from the start and prepare a meal which I ordered, so suddenly when I want a refund then the correct order will be prepared? If that's how your staff treat their customers, based on their mood for the day, deciding on my money what I should eat and what I shouldn't. I'll rather stick to the other Steers at Engen filling station as I have never had issues with their service.
