Bad service at Steers Vredendal

I am done with Steers. Wherever you go they have the worst staff / service you can think of.

I get to the counter. A customer that was finished with his payment stand at the till and wait for his food. The lady that should help dont even tell me that she will be with me shortly. She sees me and then make some icecream for the customers children. After waiting 15 minutes I could order my chips. I normally buy chips from Steers because of the taste and exceptional size when ordering a regular for R15.90

What the **** did I get? The s****s? Left overs? I hardly got a bag of chips. Every single time I order chips there is a size difference. I told the staff about the size difference, but they just so. No there is a 100g difference between the Reg and Med. They dont weigh the chips down. They just chuck a scoop in a bag and there you go.

I have been to the mall relularly. The staff only performs well when the manager is there. When he isnt there... DONT BUY ANYTHING!!
