Bad service at steers The Glen

Hi I had a bad experience on the 24th of Dec at steers the Glen mall, went there to celebrate my birthday and I thought why not end my day with some ice cream . The were two ladies at the till with no badge name on, 1 was helping the customer she was nice and friendly and the other one who was slightly tall was chatting with her colleagues and not helping me, I stood there for almost 5 minutes and I was in front , when she realised I was actually getting irritated she attended to me , I asked for ice cream and she said they don’t have with an attitude, I don’t mind steers being out of ice cream , but now I am standing infront not being helped and then later I am told ayikho with an attitude, it’s always black women who give attitude to black women even when I raised my issue that she is giving me attitude she kept talking to her other colleague saying I am crazy and I am complaining for ice cream , please re train your staff. But best believe I’m never going back there hence I always stick to other ice cream vendors to avoid such service
