Bad service at Steers Preller

Bought a meal at 19:26 and at my son kept going in the shop to check order especially after he saw people that ordered after him getting their food.He was told to wait and eventually went in to check myself and was not even looked at nor asked if I was assisted, I struggled to get someone’s attention. Eventually I did and asked about my order and was told that it was not ready mind you it is now 20:00 , I sad it was not acceptable and asked for the manager who also seem to not care and told me to wait for my food , they had a system crash ‘ which I guess was for my order and nothing was communicated to any customer ‘,he probably thought I was a fool to try me with that story and I found that very offensive. I asked for my money back and left and that was now 20:10 still without my food being prepared. Bad service indeed
