Bad service at steers Maponya mall

Steers Maponya mall.

Bought two quarters chicken and a Burger for the child.

Steers delivered the order after 1 hour and a half and there was no burger delivered. I paid the full price and tips.

When I opened the order there was no burger delivered.

I immediately called the store and still now it's been an hour more but still nothing. No apologies, No delivery, Nothing.
