Bad service at Steers Kwanonqaba

Serious bad attitude from a cashier M Nwabisa Kwanonqaba Mosselbay at 12:40.

Cashier started off by saying shes closed, then i insisted to stay in line and she then said shes not closed. Then later influenced other workers at Steerz and they laughed at me and Nwabisa repeated the words "ja you must smile" to her colleagues as she went on to laugh. I find tgis behaviour out of order and will be putting a complaint also at hello Peter. Is this how customers are supposed to be treated?
