Bad service at steers
Had the worst service ever! There was no staff at the till points, stood in the queu for more than 15 min. We were then assisted by a lady from debonnaires (who was very friendly) but had to leave after I bought my ice cream and instructed the rude lady from steers to prepare them for me. She just ignored her and went to clean tables, she returned to the till point and served ice cream to the lady that was behind me, whilst I stood the waiting for mine!
