Bad service at steers

Had the worst experience at steers Braamfontein for a meal I bought through uber eats, they put the wrong cold drink size and I found Macon in my fries, im allergic to mutton. When I asked about the cold drink size they blamed it on uber eats for advertising the wrong thing, im really upset I did not receive any apology when I asked what he was going to do about it he wanted me to fetch the chips myself when I had paid for delivery, I was reimbursed with a packet of overly brown chips I'm highly disappointed and feel like I've wasted my hard earned money
