Bad service at Steere Beaufort West

I am a policy holder with old mutual, I am registered with their rewards scheme. The accumulated rewards point can be converted into a voucher then spent at a number of restaurants. One of those restaurants is Steer. I Then converted my rewards in to a Steers Voucher. I went to Steers today to spend my voucher. I spoke to a cashier to let her know I have the voucher and I wanted to purchase my meal with it. She told me that she is not fami**** with it but she can place an order then check the payment options...I said to her that I needed to go somewhere then come back. I left but then went back to place the order. This time I was told by the same cashier that she needed to help other people before me because she was going to have to take too long with me. I sat down and waited as she was helping other people when she was done she told me thats she will not be able to assist because she was about to logoff and go home and that she did not know how the voucher worked and that the manager was not there to do any authorisations. I am not happy with this because they sent me away without even tryint to assist me.
