Bad service at Birch acres steers

I made a call to Birch Acres branch and was answered by “Hleziphi” and upon making an order of my first meal, i asked for the balance of the items as i wanted to make an addition to my first meal item and she responded very rudely and hung up the line. I am unhappy with the service and I request that the lady gets a warning as i went to the branch and she didn’t look ti have remorse. I request to be contacted on ***
