Bad Service (as usual)

We go to the Steers often and when you go to the Drive - through, it often takes 10-15 min for the food to come out, tonight we went inside hoping not to wait so long. We ordered our food and about 5 min after us, other people ordered. We waited about 15 min and the people that ordered after us got their food. When I went to ask the person who took our order why their food is out before ours, he could not even find our slip for the order and we had to tell him what we have ordered, whereafter he went to the kitchen and spoke to them, we had to wait another 10-15 min for our order to come out. When I asked him for his name, he had turned his name badge around and refused to give me his name. I asked the manager Happy to get of his personal phone call (18.25) to get me the name of the person working there, the manager got of his phone call and then when I asked for the persons name to be written down he first went to go help one of the other workers that had called him while I was speaking to him, and only after a few minutes came back with the name written down. When we got home with the take-aways our order wasn't even right, we had the wrong burgers.
