Bad service as usual

Steers Margate offers the worst service. We have ordered and the order is delaying and they have told us that the delay is due to unavailable delivery people. I called back and was told they had no idea when I will be getting my order. I called again and told the driver has left and 15 minutes later still nothing. Nevermind that I am only 3 minutes away from the store. This is unacceptable. Steers Margate should close shop or fire people because I have yet to receive good service from them. In all this I am getting staff members who make it clear that they don't care, it's not their problem and I can see what I can do. Very bad.
