Bad service and unprofessional

On Saturday 26 January 2019 I have ordered one Original King Steer burger, some Snack burgers and asked for two Steers burgers with a mushroom sauce. To my surprise when I got home and took a bite of what I thought was an original steers burger with a mushroom sauce it was something else. It was definitely not what I expected. I went back to the Meerensee store and told the lady that it was not what we have ordered. I asked to speak to the manager. She told us it was a mushroom patty and that was what we have ordered. No one at the store told us that we will get a mushroom patty. We expected and original steers burger patty with a mushroom sauce. The manageress was very rude, did not gave us a refund after we have given back the supposed to be mushroom burgers. I left and went across the road to *****s where I got two proper mushroom burgers. I will never support Steers in Meerensee again and will make sure everyone I know will also not support them. The manageress clearly has no clue what customer service is all about and had that no care concern
