Bad Service and terrible attitudes
A group of work colleagues and myself phoned steers to order. We waited over an hour and a half for our food and when we called in to query we had the phone put down on us several times. Eventually when the food came it was undercooked and cold. I am severely disgusted in the service rendered to us by steers in kloof. It is really disheartening seeing as steers is such a wonderful fast food brand.
