Bad service and product quality

What a bad service my husband received on the 27/10/2025. He was told to wait 15m for the chicken and he still received hard chicken like it was warmed in a microwave. Well we did not eat your chicken steers and I don't want compensation but people before you leave steers stores please make sure you check your food uderwise you will end up paying soo much for nothing.
