BAD Service and Product

Store: Steers at Atterbury Value Mart Date/Time 23 March 2024 @ 1700

I ordered a Steers burger with chips and Coke Zero. The chips were “brown and soggy” due to “OLD” oil being used. When I queried with the manager, he said that the oil is checked “every” day…. This is not true as the chips were oily, brown and soggy !!!!!

He was not accommodating and was dismissive and did not take my query serious.

I have been using this store for the last 24 years and it looks like that I will NOT be supporting your stores any more.

Your quality has seriously deteriorated and is in my opinion not worth supporting your brand.
