Bad service and No follow up

I ordered at 19h25 from Steers Broadacres, the cheeseyboy snack burger special. According to the online menu it is 4 x burgers, 2 x medium chips and 1L diet colddrink. On first delivery we got only 2 chips which we send back, when delivery guy returned an hour later this was now past 21h00, there was 1 x burger and chips. This is really ridiculous, how do you not know your own menus!!!!! Please contact me ASAP
