bad service and hygiene

i bought a bacon and avo combo today, i sat down to enjoy my lunch there at the store nd my beef patty was half cooked. i told the teller that was helping to take my order, she opened the burger with her hands to touchung the food to be exact, took it to the lady lady at the which took a pinch bite to taste , they took out that very same beef patty that was now touched by three people to be exact nd put it back on the frier nd im standing over the countet observing all this that is happening, the lady who was busy with the patty was also busy with lettuce i think she just rinsed it so her hands were wet, she put back the patty nd the top bread of they burger with her soaking hands, nd she gave me the box nd apologised. i sat down to finish of my burger which was now impossible because the bread of the burger was wet, i was so dissapointed nd just ate my chips and left, i also work with customers and i know its not nice dealing with difficult customers but can we can we blame these people though? i didnt even look at the name tag of the lady that was helping me. im very sad and dissapointed at what i have experienced ive never received such bad service at a steers fast food its as
