Bad service and food doesn’t taste the same

I bought food on the 30th at Steers sky city and ordered ribs and it literally took an hour to get the food whoever was making the food didn’t see the number of ribs ordered and paid for . They didn’t even come to explain but instead they waited for me to complain and they just said it’s coming . I even bought a milk shake and we got ice cream . We couldn’t even use that paper straws coz was super thick . Am very disappointed in that steers and they ribs tasted different to other steers .
