Bad Service and Food

I ordered online from Steers Watergate mall in Mitchell's Plain. My order took more than an hour, when I called to follow up the person that answered the phone just said we are busy and while I was speaking he hung up the phone in my ear. They couldn't give me the whole chicken I ordered and gave 4 quarters, and when the order eventually arrived it tasted horrible, the meal was cold, the chips were horrible and then they forget my cooldrink. I logged a complaint with their customer service and they logged it with the incorrect store. I can't believe this terrible service.
