BAD SERVICE AND FOOD

Extremely unhappy with the quality of food and service we received yesterday at the Waterfront Steers in Bloemfontein. 1. Food took almost an hour to arrive: is this not a fast food place? I know everything is recorded! You can see us going to buy snacks, because my sister is pregnant and we had been waiting for 30+ minutes. Unacceptable!!! 2. I went to the counter 3 times to check the order, always hold 3-5 minutes! 3. The state of the dining area was disgusting, there was no one dedicated to bussing tables...during the lunch rush??? Unacceptable!!! 4. When I finally get the food... We ordered 2 meals. It was just burgers...I had to remind your staff that this was 2 meals. No apology, just indifference. 5. I ask for condiments. She tells me that will be R3.50. I ask her really? There are no take away packs... She gets 2 BBQ....and throws them across to me. 6. Get to the table: my burger was fine...just short on the blazing onion. 7. My sister's veggy burger. She said it tasted old and she did not enjoy it. But ate part of it solely because she did not want to wait and was too hungry.

Really bad experience. I hope someone will follow up on this and get back to me with feedback.
