Bad Service and Dishonest Staff - Steers in Three Rivers

I reside in Risiville, Vereeniging and our nearest Steers is in Three Rivers. 8 travel with car and about 15 min with a s******. Yesterday again we ordered in and it took Steers in Three Rivers to deliver 3 burgers 2 hours and 27 min. I called them 5 times and every time they had a different manager on duty with different excuses. It is clear they lying to their customers. When the delivery guy eventually delivered our food he said that they just gave it to him for delivery. So everyone is lying. If this was the case the food should have been warm still but instead it was cold and not enjoyable. Needless to say I made the delivery guy contact the manager and share with them that I refuse to pay and If they want the money the shop owner can come and get it from me. This is not the first time this is happening. Every order they delivered late. And Mr owner you can challenge me on this as I have prove. You guys should have prove as well as your answering service clearly say all calls are recorded. Mr owner you staff is lying to your customers.
