Bad service and dishonest employees

Very bad service as well as dishonesty from Steers today. I went through the Steers drive-through in Alberton (Voortrekker & Ring Road) today to order two burgers, chips and milkshakes for lunch. I upsized and paid for a medium chips for the one burger that came with a small chips. When I got to the window to collect my food, I was told to go and park and that they will bring my food. When I asked why as I DID NOT WANT TO PARK, HENCE USING THE DRIVE-THROUGH, I got a stupid mumbled response that did not make any sense. I had to park *******ly to wait for my food as there was no parking available. I also waited quite a bit for my food. When the waiter finally brought the food, I checked, and the bag had one medium and one small chips instead of two medium chips. I called the waiter back and he just took the bag away - NO APOLOGY WHATSOEVER AT ANY POINT IN TIME!!!!! He then brought the food back and told me there are now two medium chips. I gave the bag a cursory glance as I was *******ly parked. However, when I got home, I saw that they had literally just dumped the small chips into a medium chips container!!!!! They did not even attempt to fill it up!! Do they really think people are that stupid and that one would not notice!!!! So not only bad service, but also dishonest personal working for Steers. They basically stole my money as I did not get what I paid for and cheated and **** in my face! Really not great. Will not recommend them and will not support them ever again!!
