Bad Service and being shouted by so called manager

I so infuriated right now, I placed an orderand waited for an hour for it to be delivered. I phoned the store to enquire about it and spoke to some guy (who said he's manager) and he said its normal to wait for the order for more than 40mins (which I believe he is lying). I then asked for his name and he transferred me to some other guy who also proclaimed he is the manager, his name is Nkululeko Phehla. Njululeko was so rude to me and he was even shouting at me and when I asked him his name he asked me what am I going to do with his name. He told me that I have to understand that its Friday and what broke my heart is that after 1 hr the burger was delivered and the way it was done was so shabby, had to eat it because I was starving to death because I'm pregnant.
